"Good Foundations Building were engaged to renovate our 50s brick home in Roseville Chase. The renovations involved knocking down the existing back of the house and adding a new large extension. It also included new roof, bathroom, structural changes to other rooms in the house and complete internal fit out.

Andrew and his team were extremely professional, courteous and lovely to work with from the first day. They were reliable, tidy, hard workers and well organised. Andrew was a great project manager and used his strong communication skills to work efficiently and effectively with both his team and us as the client.

Andrew was also always very honest and understanding of our needs and gave useful, practical advice about every aspect of the build. He also arranged quotes, sourced samples and helped deal with other specialists as needed which was a huge help to us. The trades people used were all high caliber and did an excellent job.

Throughout the construction we also used the expertise of Nicole Johnson at La Belle Maison for interior design and finishes. Nicole was lovely to work with and clearly understood our brief and tastes. We really valued all her ideas and advice.

Good Foundations completed a high quality renovation on budget and within the timeframe discussed.

We cannot recommend Andrew and his team highly enough. In fact, we have already encouraged a number of our friends and family to speak to Good Foundations as we feel confident that they would both enjoy working with the team and be extremely pleased with the result.

We would not hesitate to use them again in the future."
